Welcome to the ‘CME’s Office’ for Heritage Operations.

Thanks to sponsorship from FRONZ, Waka Kotahi, KiwiRail, and significant goodwill from the Engineers themselves, HTC provides the following Certified Professional Engineers to work with the operators to keep safety standards at the highest possible level.

Our Engineers meet regularly to discuss the unique issues within this specialist sector, and to support each other in their work.

Chris Mann, Stewart Gutsell, and Andrew Hunt also sit on the HTC Committee as per NRSS 11.

For vehicle certification work our HTC Engineers are engaged by the individual operators using the Engineering NZ Short Form Agreement.
